Our screening service will also help with reducing staff turnover and employment costs, whilst also limiting the risk of theft and fraud.
We are able to screen the employee for periods of between 5 to 10 years in accordance with BS 7858. This includes a full telephone check with written confirmation of all dates within the given period within 12 weeks as per BS 7858. Written replies from two personal references who have known the candidate for at least two years in the past five, one preferred to be a past employer, a full credit history check, ID and proof of address. We can also tailor make a screening package that suits your needs.
We have an average candidate case turn around of 6 weeks but this can vary depending on the employee’s employment history.
